Our client approached us asking for advice and suggextions on how to open up this room to their lovely backyard. The existing small door and window were old and drafty, and not allowing enough light into the home.

Our solution was to open the entire wall up to an expanse of sliding patio doors!
Shown here is the new opening created, with all structural issues addressed, and the wall ready for installation of the sliding doors.
